What color to paint walls with Navy furniture and what color throw pillows?

I am stuck and need some advice. I am needing to know what color to paint my walls with Navy Sofa %26amp; Loveseat? Also if you could give me some ideas for throw pillows. What color to paint walls with Navy furniture and what color throw pillows?
Take one of the seat cushions with you to a reputable paint store, like Sherwin Williams, not Home Depot or Lowe's. Talk to the decorator there about what you are planning to do. She/He has been trained to help the customer select paint colors, and accesories.

Other than that, I'd go with light cream color walls. For throw pillows, I'd choose cream and burgundy with just a touch of the navy blue. Again, take a couch cushion along when you search for any accesories. What color to paint walls with Navy furniture and what color throw pillows?
Pull together everything for that room...art, floor, window treatments, ect., and start from there. The color for throw pillows should blend with them. The wall color should be based on the amount of light the room gets in the daytime and the amount of light needed in the evening and what you use the room for the most...then look at all the colors next to your sofa and pick a color that will work best with all the above and MOST important your personality and what your most comfortable Light or Dark.

And theres always the old rule .....When in doubt go neutral !
Navy is an easy color to work with!

You can keep things monochromatic, and do the room in shades of blue ... almost anything from light blue, blue-grey, to icy blue.

Or you could go for a complementary color-scheme ... that would be navy and orange ... WAIT! Don't panic! I don't mean bright orange! A toned-down, almost brownish shade of orange is lovely with navy.

Navy and darkish-red (maroon or burgundy) are a classic color combo ... Navy also pairs well with khaki.

Or you could always play it safe with cream or beige on the walls ... and use another color for accent. What color you choose is just a matter of what you like.

Advice ... go to a store that sells paint, and find a paint-chip that is exactly or very close to your navy-colored furniture. Then pick up every paint-chip that appeals to you (heck, they're free ... take 'em!) Bring everything home and look at each paint sample alongside your shade of navy ... and see which you like best.

You might love a navy/lime-green combination. Or you might like navy paired with brown, khaki, pumpkin, gold ... even a red. Just play around with it until you find something that makes you smile.

Have fun! Be sure to include something (a fabric ... a rug ... even a piece of artwork) with a stripe or print or pattern that includes all the colors you've chosen ... that one piece will bring the whole color-scheme together!
navy..i would go with a yellow or a peachy looking color to lighten the area up..you could even go with a green...and then do cordinating pillows...with stripes or polkadots..go get some color cards from lowes or home depot and find a color you like..and go from there..good luck
a browny colour for the walls
