Does painting base boards 'trim and doors same colour as walls make room look larger?

No. Don't paint them all the same color, as that will look very boring. What you want to do is just minimize the contrast, which means keeping your walls, trim, and doors all either light colors or dark colors. Most people opt for all light colors, but if you have beautiful wood trim and doors, you may want to consider a darker color (still keep in the same range of color, though - honey oak/pine is much lighter than some finishes on mahogony or cherry, so you'd actually want more of a mid-tone for the honey finishes).

Cool colors, such as blues and greens, make the walls recede and therefore typically make the room look larger than warmer colors, such as reds and yellows.Does painting base boards 'trim and doors same colour as walls make room look larger?
why would you want to do that.your going to ruin your room.what makes a room look larger is a lighter color.i have never heard of painting the baseboared trim and doors will make a room look larger.just go for a nice nutral color something like an antique white it is a creamy color actually it is a beautiful color that will make your room look larger.Does painting base boards 'trim and doors same colour as walls make room look larger?
If your baseboards and woodwork are not painted now....don't do it! Leave the natural wood and do whatever you want with the walls. If they are painted a little contrast is more interesting.
