I painted my room then stuck on some decorating oblique stickers, which are supposed to be removable. But when I removed one of them the paint underneath became bubbly. Any tips to fix it?What do I do if the paint on my wall got bubbly?
My hubby says the paint wasnt dry enough. Sand it and repaint it.
