How do you paint walls that are rounded?

the walls that connect our rooms are rounded. how do we paint the rooms different colors? where do we stop on each wall? How do you paint walls that are rounded?
A suggestion would be to create a molding, tile or some other type of material break on the walls first prior to painting. Not knowing what your interior design and decoration is like you may also want to look into border materials such as you would use in your kitchen or bathrooms. This will define the wall areas from one another when you paint and give separation to the varying colors you may choose to use.

Good Luck!!How do you paint walls that are rounded?
I would use a sprayer. They can be rented or bought. They use more paint but the job looks better.
I'm not clear if you're saying the corners or rounded or if the space itself is round. If it's the latter, I saw a really cool program recently that may interest you about people living in unusual spaces. One was an old silo and a couple were ligthouses, both of which should give you some ideas. Various techniques were used to divided out individual spaces like bedrooms and dramatic painting effects used to move you from the living to dining to kitchen areas visually while still creating separate areas. It was really interesting and the individuals living in the homes had some practical ideas. Go online and do a web search for unusual homes and lighthouse homes, etc. Good luck! I think you'll have an awesome space when you get finished!
First, you take your paintbrush, and then you dip it in the paint....sorry I could not resist.:) Good Luck
YOU NEED TO TAKE AND MEASURE THEN FIGURE OUT AN EVEN DISTANCE BETWEEN THE AREAS AND MARK THEM OFF
One word. Tape.

Sideways rolling works great! Use painting tape to deside where one color ends %26amp; another begins. Just do a border between the 2 colors.
I would stop color before the wall starts to curve. You could leave the corners white or create some sort of moulding effect as a division. Stencil the corner area with a pattern and colors that would tie different areas in together. I was thinking that those wallpaper borders that are raised (anaglypta?) and look sort of like tile would look nice on the corners and act as a division of sorts.
Tape out the borders between each room. Roll out the rooms in the specific colors. Let them dry. Take off the tape. Put down more tape so that you can paint the space under the tape so you don't have the obvious border of unpainted area. Use a brush for this area.
with a paint brush
with a round brush? Go around and around.
Its your wall be imaginative and try different things.
With a paint brush? I'm not too sure what you mean by rounded. Isn't there trim?
Be carefeul with your paint color selection because as a rule of thumb, rooms next to/adjacent to one another should have colors that complement each other in order to have a cohesive look. If these walls are connected, I don't see how they will be different colors. A rounded wall is still the same wall is it not?
