3M makes wall hooks in all different colors and sizes. These work great! No mess, sturdy - but easy to remove when you need to, and no wall damage. We use them all the time. They're strong enough to hold up a coat or heavy mirror, but come off in one step. (If you have a white wall and get white mini hooks, you won't see them at all under the ribbons)
