play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family %26amp; color name, the ';painted'; rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think ';functional gray'; (# 7024) might be pretty.

You can also take a photo of your house %26amp; upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions %26amp; for $5 they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like. What wall paint color, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I would go with a neutral warm yellow, not a cool yellow.

I would get it in a lighter shade, and paint the trim a decorators white.. not a white straight out of the paint can.

With the white, yellow, and blue, you should have a very comfortable airy room.
I would paint the wall a real light blue so that it would go good with the house.
you should look at some light tan colored samples to see if you can get a shade that's a cross between yellow and really light brown.. so it's not dark and overwhelming. It'll give your walls a bit of color without a lot of definition. It'll be neutral enough that if you decide to go with a different decor or different accent colors you won't need to change the wall color.

Otherwise, I would agree with the yellow, but make sure it's very light and pastel-ish.

If you want to try a bolder touch, try a sea green or blue green. it'll add a little warmth, but keep the blue theme going. put some samples up on the wall and live with them for at least a couple of days and do a process of elimination to see which ones you wouldn't like. might be too much color if you get the wrong shade.

Good Luck.

beautiful couch. It would look lovely with some dark wood side tables, especially if the wall color is also light.
