What's the best colour to paint the walls/ceiling in an exercise room?

Green is very nourishing to your health. It calms your nerves and balances your whole body by bringing healing vibrations from Nature. When working with Green color, it is important to have at least several different shades in order to maximize its energy effects. I'd use Sherwin Williams' colors ';greenbelt,'; ';green trance,'; and ';grandview'; all over the room. Another great way to bring color Green in is with actual plants that have lush green foliage.

Yellow would also be a great choice for your home gym. Yellow color wakes up the room like the rising sun. The color of sunlight, cheerful and uplifting Yellow always lightens and brightens any space, as well as creates a cozy, welcoming feeling. Color researchers believe Yellow increases self-esteem and strengthen the overall well-being. I'd make sure to use a brighter tone, like ';yellow beam'; %26amp; ';lively yellow'; rather than something more muted like ';mossy gold.';What's the best colour to paint the walls/ceiling in an exercise room?
I think bright yellow. This will pep you up.What's the best colour to paint the walls/ceiling in an exercise room?
Yellows and reds tend to be stimulating. However, if you are also planning on doing some relaxation like Yoga in that room, that may be too vibrant. I would try green to bring the outdoors in and provide a peaceful atmosphere.
i say something that is relaxing for you
white or do you already have it white?
Use light colours, because dark colours would make people depressed, and tired!

Something like light light cream for walls and white for ceiling :)
I would say something bright so it gives a positive energy flow and doesn't make you feel relaxed or tired.
