Can you paint a red wall yellow?

and how would i do that.

i want kind of a buttercup yellow. or somethingCan you paint a red wall yellow?
Yes, you just neet to paint with primer first... you might even tint the primer with yellow, so that it helps hide the red.

You should primer once, then paint with the final paint once or twice, as needed. Can you paint a red wall yellow?
You should really strip away the red (I'm assuming) paint from the wall. You can find a proper stripper at any hardware store. Strip the wall of the red, then prime that wall with paint primer and then paint the color that you choose. Getting the red off the wall wil illumnate any red from '; bleeding '; through the color paint that you chose.
yeah you just need lots of primer
